My computer died, again.

I still have my laptop, otherwise I'd be in a much bigger pinch. But it'll sorta slow me down communication wise, so I may not be very quick with responses these days, not that I am now or anything. *shifty eyes*

I'm hoping the problem is a simple one and that at worst, I'll just have to spend an afternoon fixing the problem. However, problems are rarely a simple one when it comes to me. Soooo.... yeah, guess those updates will have to wait a little.

My computer dying on me when I need it for many things at once. I need it for school, commission work and access for files. The thing tended to run kinda hot too, so it would have made a nice space heater for the basement I now live in. XD

Honestly, I haven't a clue. The power supply is getting and distributing power alright, or so it seems. The light on the supply lights up, and the little green light on the motherboard lights up too, but there is no response when I push the power button. I'm hoping it's just the switch, but I'm never that lucky. I was planning on swapping the components to another case to see if that solved anything, but didn't get the chance this weekend under pressure from my parents to get other things done.

Any advice, perhaps?

Their computers are alright, but their operating system has a few glitches in it. I'll probably wait until GLaDOS service pack 1 or 2. XD

Thanks, I'm hoping it's just something simple myself.

The OS Can't be much worse then Vista, GLaDOS may try to euphenise you every now and again but VISTA slowly kills your soul *Glares at laptop*.

Best of luck with the IT Prob :).
